Better to Love

It is better to love than to hate;
For one brings us to edify and create –
the other … complete retaliation
within the mind … until its too late;

No compromise,
but rather a hellish fate;
a life empty and drained –
a melancholy state;
left for dead;
alone with no hope;
for all who tried to love,
you rejected like a rebellious son;
the rain fell,
disdain did swell.

Now – love no longer dwells.

What Comes From Love

All the evil from man comes from love.
Yet, it is not from above.
It is from his lust.
Pure disgust.
Greed.

He seeks that which he cannot speak of.
For he is about self-love.
It is from his lust.
Pure disgust.
Needs.

He is ice cold as the snow above.
Silencing your inner dove.
It is from his lust.
Pure disgust.
Bleed.

Forgotten

Forgotten upon this sea of life
where perils enter in great strife;
time passes by and does not light,
as I drift without a dwelling in sight.

I lived, I loved, I became undone,
drifting as I can't outrun
the oceans of hostility -
that destroyed all my humanity.

I long for a day
where I can stay
upon a land
where a home does stand.

But until that time
I will drift like wind
upon the sea that never ends,
that defines my life with emptiness.

For I am a man without a home,
drifting upon this sea alone;
roaming, as I try to find,
yet, I wait…

You and I

The relationship died
between you and I,
for the love between us
was never recognized.

Critical indecisiveness
left us to die; Is it too late
to recuperate
our demise?

Twenty six years
sped by -
all that we knew died
and never again materialized
into the heavenly bliss
we knew, at the beginning.

Now the days spin by
extending time
into mourning;
night filled intellect;
the greatest regret -
time ignored between you and I,
it left us to die grieving.

Why must we seek demise
when our love filled eyes
can rekindle the flame
of lost time?

Ignore the calamities,
for cant you see
the possibilities,
between you and I.

This will lead us to die
– a final tragedy
in this drive;
over twenty six years of our lives,
between you and I.
So please tell me,
is this a final demise,
or a flame rekindled by time?

Dora

The angles sing in the clouds above,
Our guardians in the heavens,
They whisper to us each passing night,
Comforting our hearts of mourning.

We lie in awake with prayers to God
Asking to heal his child.
Your body weak and the Angles speak,
You press on for a short while.

You finally come, lay to rest,
Your trials now forgotten;
God brings You into His loving arms,
Comforting You, His child.

Your soul withdraws to the heavens above,
You embark upon your journey:
A new life, a new day, a new age
– An afterlife without worry.

And though on this day of rest
Your spirit leaves our world,
With each and every one of us,
Your loving memory endures.
